Tunnel Liner - HO Scale Single Track (Curved)
Continue your realistic model railroad tunnel behind the tunnel portal with our innovative tunnel liners. Designed for use over a single HO scale curved track, these tunnel liners:
feature a realistic rock texture inside.
are easily painted and weathered.
exceed NMRA clearance standards.
are available in a single pack or 3 pack.
are reversible for either a left or right curving track.
are available in a base grey or brown color.
are designed to fit into the rear of our tunnel portals (sold separately).
For track radius of up to 22", a single liner covers 15° of track. A 3 pack covers 45° of track.
For track radius of 23" to 48", a single liner covers 7.5° of track. A 3 pack covers 22.5° of track.
For track radius exceeding 48", a single liner covers 3.75° of track. A 3 pack covers 11.25° of track.

This product is 3D printed in PLA and as such:
- is sold unfinished.
- may not be precisely as pictured.
- may require additional sanding and/or clean up prior to painting.
Layout Design Notes
This tunnel liner has an overall height of 4 1/8" and requires a minimum subroadbed width of 3 5/8" for installation.
Note
For single track radius (or inside track radius on a double track) of up to 22", a single liner covers 15° of track and a 3 pack covers 45° of track.
For single track radius (or inside track radius on a double track) of 23" to 48", a single liner covers 7.5° of track and a 3 pack covers 22.5° of track.
For single track radius (or inside track radius on a double track) exceeding 48", a single liner covers 3.25° of track and a 3 pack covers 9° of track.
